Across a group of companies, the person hired will take ownership of GAAP reporting, cost accounting, inventory, payables and receivables, cash management, payroll, external audits, tax coordination, plus banking and insurance. A team of accounting staff reports in to be led and developed. Decision support is a real part of the job — the financial analysis and business insights this role produces flow straight to operations leadership.
